Our Mission
Ever since our incorporation in May of 2017, our mission has stayed consistent. We’re the nonprofit for nonprofits — basically the nonprofit version of caffeine. We believe changing the world is a team sport, and we're here to be the charities' bench coach, cheer squad, and occasionally, the star player. Let’s do some good — together.

Empowering Nonprofits
We at ROTO have a unique way of doing things...when we see a need, we go about fulfilling that need through ROTO's abilities. Whether planning a charity festival, arranging performances at nursing homes, or organizing sponsorships, we constantly support creative ways to raise funds, grow a volunteer database, and bring about general awareness. Strengthened by our broad mission statement, ROTO knows we can tackle the issues of tomorrow - issues of addiction, hunger, homelessness, and other basic needs within our society - together.
Diversity of Resource Allocation
When we see a need within another charity — whether it’s additional hands for an event, funding for a program, or essential resources to keep their mission thriving—we step in with support. By thoughtfully allocating funds, mobilizing volunteers, and connecting resources where they’re needed most, we act as a bridge that helps local organizations grow stronger together. Our goal is to ensure that no charity stands alone in its work, but instead feels uplifted by a community united in service.
Supporting Passion into Purpose
By matching individual strengths with community needs, we create opportunities where service feels natural, joyful, and impactful. Our mission is to remind volunteers that giving back doesn’t have to mean stepping outside of who they are — it can mean leaning into their passions and letting those passions be the spark that improves someone else’s circumstance. The far reaching impact of this vision creates unity, compassion, and a greater understanding of circumstances beyond our own.

A volunteer, flying medical patients to out-of-area hospitals, is compensated by the thought of easing someone’s pain.
